Questions

Do I need to connect my wallet?

No. OrcaScout only reads public on-chain data. It never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Can it buy for me automatically?

No, on purpose. Our own test above showed blind copying loses money.

Which wallets can I track?

Any regular Solana wallet. High-frequency trading bots (more than 300 transactions a day) are blocked because they would flood your chat.

Where does the data come from?

Transactions from the Solana network via Helius, prices from DexScreener, safety data from RugCheck. Third-party data can be late or wrong.

What happens when Pro ends?

The bot reminds you 3 days and 1 day before. After it ends, alerts continue for your first 3 wallets. The others are paused, not deleted, and resume as soon as you renew.

Is there a daily alert limit?

Free gets 300 alerts a day, Pro gets 3,000. If you hit it, the bot tells you once and alerts resume at 00:00 UTC. Raising the minimum trade size in Settings keeps only the bigger moves.

Refunds?

If the service did not work for you, send /paysupport in the bot within 7 days.
